Super great service and committed to getting the job done. When the problem wasn't resolved the first time staff went above and beyond to make sure our ipad was running at its optimum, highly reccomend iphone repair!!!!!!

tldr: Went for a standard fix, phone came back with more problems twice.My partner took her phone there for a screen replacement and screen protector install. It went back to her with a messed up keypad. It would constantly switch between alphabets, numbers, and symbols randomly throughout the day.She took it back with the new problems, and got another screen replacement done. The phone came back with a new screen without a screen protector, and even worse problems. The random switches between the keypads still persisted, plus the random refreshing of social media apps, the opening of unwanted apps, and the unprompted clicking of things on the screen.She contacted them asking for a refund as it was just not worth going back again. They ignored her for 3 days until she chased them up again mentioning Consumer Protection. She was only then able to get a partial refund.The phone is so riddled with so mamy problems now, that it looks like she has no choice but to get a new one.

After being a customer at a few different Tech Repair Stores, I’m super pleased that I had Micah as my trusted phone technician as his overall service was swift, efficient and very welcoming.My phone screen is now repaired and working perfectly! Great polite and quality service.The speakers on my Pixel 5 were accidentally blocked by melted chocolate. I took my phone there and was told that opening the phone might potentially damage the screen which has been glued together unlike other phone. However, the repair person has kindly offered a free external cleaning and it has worked!I offered to pay him but he has kindly declined.Thank you so much for your honesty and kindness to fix my phone for free.I will definitely recommend the business to my friends.

These guys are the best in Christchurch, without a doubt. I have been here with multiple items for the family and they have always offered the best price and also provide friendly and professional customer service. They are quick, reliable and trustworthy. I wont shop around every again , ill be straight back here if ever in need of device repair.

Took my phone in to get my charge port fixed, they fixed the charge port but then my antenna then stopped working. After two visits they still could get the charging port to work but I couldn't get signal anymore. When I picked up my phone after my second visit I tried to access my kiwi bank app but couldn't because it had been locked. When I rang Kiwibank they confirmed the date and times that somebody had tried to access my app using an incorrect pin. 100% it was somebody in the shop even though they have tried to deny it. You can't deny the facts, the entries were all time stamped. DO NOT TRUST!! DODGY FRAUDS!!

Was waiting for my takeaways next door and had issues for months with my charging port on my phone. Saw the shop and popped in to see if they could fix. Service person was amazing and fixed issue within a minute Fabulous service. Recommend to anyone to support this business
