Pop in for a look the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, happy to order in if they don't have what you're looking for in stock. the fish and plants I've purchased have thrived under the advice of the staff, my favourite place to visit. Highly recommend

What a loving and welcoming shop. Daniel is full of knowledge, nothing is a problem. Very friendly and put our mind at ease with our new puppy. I love that I can take my dog shopping! They had a great selection of pet products and beautiful fish in their tanks. The staff were wonderful, I was looking for a specific product and they were able to order it in for me specially. I'll definitely be coming back!

Not enough staff. The lady was friendly but she lots alot of clients from not having enough staff. 30min wait time

Wish I’d got the name of the guy who helped us today, but he was amazing. Great info on all products we were looking at, and nice as to boot, really good advice from personal and professional perspectives. Will definitely be going back for more.

I usually buy online but of late have been making a point of supporting local businesses, so I took my first in-person trip to the Kerikeri Pet Essentials store.I was pleasantly surprised.Super friendly chap who greeted me warmly as I entered the store. He chatted with me as I browsed without being too intrusive or pushy.I had some questions about keeping fish and what food I should purchase for my sons fish, which he was happy to answer with lots of good advice.Lots of choice for fish and pet supplies, and very good prices.I purchased just what I needed.I will definitely be going in person instead of online. A really great shopping experience.
