Kind Staff, went in to buy some brake maintenance items and one of the staff members went out of their way to fill me a small bottle of Brake fluid for free as they didn't have any small bottle left in stock. Pop and and see their new shop! thanks.

Great experience overall. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, they service was outstanding (offered two free mechanical checks), and more importantly, their price was competitive (I went shopping in four other bike stores). Special shout-out to Eugene, he was professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

I have a spin exercycle and I needed to dismantle it as we are moving. I couldn't get the pedals off so I took it in to the guys at 99 Bikes. They were very helpful and friendly. Fantastic service. I highly recommend them.

Greatly appreciate the time and effort Eugene took with us today regards a series of issues with our e-bikes. What they need is a long overdue service, and us a bit of instruction. But we are heading away for two weeks tomorrow. Eugene sorted our immediate issues promptly and inexpensively, helped us with some accessories we needed and wanted, and gave us confidence we can function till we get back and can sort the proper service in three weeks time. His time and assistance was valuable, inexpensive and generously given. Highly recommend 99 Bikes and Eugene for his help. We will be back.
