I absolutely love training here and swear by this gym ever since they set up the Blenheim F45 branch! The team are fantastic at what they do and are so genuine in providing a supportive, courteous, fun and safe environment! Grateful for this place!

Businesses/people like these who owns business should show respect to their neighbours, to hear these people are waking people up at 5am is disrespectful and shows their true de manor. Nothing worse than been woken up at that time and for it to be constant.. do better!!

F45 Blenheim is the reason I will never join a regular gym again! Fun, dynamic training. The trainers have great energy, are friendly and encouraging. I continue to enjoy all the classes 10 months on from first starting and have seen improvements in my fitness and strength.

F45 Blenheim has been by far the best form of workout for me. Results have been great & you get the best advice from the coaches. You are always upskilling and pushing yourself to do the best you can. Great environment & like minded people to work out with. 100% worth it!
