McDonald's Tokoroa
Dirty nappy - we've been here 3 times this week and it's still there. Shows they don't clean the kids area. Smells like toe jams and loads of flys in here. Yucky experience but my kids love the playground.

Best McDonald’s in New Zealand.The service was outstanding and super fast.My food was very fresh and tasty. The restaurant was also very clean and presentable.My order was also correct nothing missing like at other McDonald’s. Really impressed with Tokoroa McDonald’s. We came through on Monday evening (kings birthday) and had two young gentlemen serve us and they were probably the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a Mc Ds. Before! Such a simple thing to be polite and wish people a safe journey, it can go a long way! Thank you!

This is the best mcds I've had in a very long time. Fast and super fresh. The young man on the drive-through was bubbly, welcoming, and just a pleasure to deal with. He is a credit to the store and his parents.

Passing through from Auckland. Stopped in to grab something to eat. The food was hot and the service from the barista was great. He kindly changed my coffee without hesitation. I thought I had ordered a mocha but had ordered a macchiato. I didn't have my glasses on. I appreciated that.

23 March about 1130, very impressed with the lovely lady crew member delivering food , who asked my mother if she would like a cup of chilled water with her meal. Never expected this simple act of kindness at maccas , but sincerely appreciated

First McDonalds I go in New Zealand that is super clean. The cleaner lady keeps everything tidy. While dining there I saw her watering the plants, wiping the floor and going up and down checking if there was anything else she needed to do. Very clean bathroom as well. Well done

Seriously disappointed. I slipped over and broke my wrist badly. No wet signs out at all. Staff at the hospital were amazing. I had rings cut off and now on ACC. McDonald's sent me a measly $25 of vouchers lol. How insulting
