Have made two orders in the past. First order i had a product removed for some reason. The product wasnt important so i didnt really care too much or complain. But now with my seccond order. I ordered an item which was at $44 and two days later they cancel my order and raise the price of their item to $77. This is false advertising and poor service to customers. Dishonest traders.

Placed an order 8 days ago for an item that was IN STOCK on their website. They debited my visa immediately and have not provided the goods. I have not received any correspondence from them about my order & they don't answer the phones. Finally I have made contact and they don't know where the staff are that can action online orders or provide refunds and apparently the item I have ordered is not in stock. Terrible to deal with and an absolute disgrace. I would never shop here again and would advise others to shop elsewhere. Will be contacting the bank and Commerce Commission if required to get my money back!

Needed some anaesthetic gel which was difficult to find and had never used their NZ Online Chemist" site before so I was a little apprehensive but I have now ordered it twice and both times it was delivered using NZ Post Courier's overnight shipping with tracking

This is the only place I have found where I can purchase the product I require. Order submitted pm on 08/06/23 and it was delivered to me, am on 10/06/23 by fabulous NZ Post Ashburton. We ordered 4 items that were delivered so fast, but one item is not what we have ordered. We posted and emailed a complaint to them and they responded promptly by giving us a call, explained the situation/clarifying the confusion. It was frustrating for us because we didn't get the right item we were hoping to get from them, but because they are having similar problem with other pharmacies in getting the product in, they decided to refund to us what we paid for immediately. We appreciate their prompt service.

Wonderful servicePut through an online order on Wednesday and received it first thing on Thursday morning.Between north and South IslandEverything was well packaged and the item needed to be kept chilled, so it was delivered in a chilly bin with ice packs.Would have no hesitation in buying future items from this chemist.
