Authentic Bodybuilding / Strongman Gym vibes. Also with a dedicated Crossfit area. Gym has all types of machines (some i'd never seen before/glad they had) & classic iron dumbbells. Would recommend for getting a pump however byo headphones as music is quiet or not playing at all.

Joined recently and love this place. Lots of great equipment for weight training and strongman training, good parking and easy to get too. Really glad to have discovered this gym

Huge gym. Has a kids area tucked away. Lots of machines that are really useful that new gyms don’t have anymore. Would def come back!

Well equipped, good range of music, good vibes, friendly and helpful staff, encouraging environment. Music is a bit loud during the crossfit classes though, if you are sensitive to noise I'd suggest avoiding crossfit hours.
