Walking in the city center, we decided to try a different food and encountered this Korean restaurant open Sunday evening. It was empty, as most of the restaurants in this time and city. The food though was amazingly delicious! For entrance there was this set of small dishes accompanied with spring rolls. Then we ordered chicken with special Korean sauce, came crispy and fresh. Also rice with mushroom. Place is comfortable, they share the toilet with the hotel next door. Price is very good for a family of 5. Worth trying other dishes of them in the next visit.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your restaurant.My 17-month-old child accidentally spilled some food on the high chair table and floor. It is natural for young children to be curious and still developing their motor skills, and spills can happen. However, the reaction from staff members (owners?) was disheartening and left me feeling upset.The individual in question, appeared visibly annoyed and gave off a sense of impatience when they noticed the spilled food. Rather than providing assistance or offering a kind gesture, their attitude suggested annoyance and a lack of understanding towards the challenges of dining with a young child.As a parent, I understand the importance of teaching my child table manners and cleaning up. However, I also believe that a family-friendly restaurant should demonstrate empathy, patience, and a willingness to assist in such situations. Unfortunately, the response we encountered did not align with these expectations.I must stress that the purpose of this complaint is not to be confrontational or to seek compensation, but rather to highlight areas that require improvement. I strongly believe that every customer, including families with babies, should be treated with respect, care, and attention to ensure an enjoyable dining experience.I hope you will address this matter seriously and take appropriate steps to ensure a more pleasant experience for families dining at your establishment. I look forward to seeing the necessary improvements in the future.

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this great Korean restaurant. Their Korean chicken is the best in town. The portion is served generously and their bibimbap is awesome too. Great option when you’re craving for a Korean fix!

By far the best korean food ive had so far, food was amazing and so good, toilets were nice and clean and the atmosphere was amazing i absolutely loved everything about this place

At Koreana I experienced a culinary delight accompanied by warm hospitality. The owners greeted my family with genuine kindness, setting a friendly and inviting atmosphere. The food was exceptional, with a diverse menu showcasing the chef's expertise. Each dish was meticulously prepared, bursting with balanced flavors and fresh, high-quality ingredients. The owners' care for guests made the experience memorable. The restaurant's ambiance was tasteful and cozy. This place is a hidden gem in Hamilton that deserves recognition for its outstanding food and kind-hearted owners. I highly recommend visiting for an unforgettable dining experience.

The place on first impressions is a bit shabby but the food is so good. I'm so glad I looked past the decor and gave this a try. I have the pork BBQ and then came back the next day to have it again it was so delicious. Really good food. Check the pork BBQ.. you get all this for $19.50

Don’t underestimate this great little spot! The food is 20/10 and really a steal for its price. If anything, you have to go there to try the dumplings, the generous portions make it a meal of its own. It’s evident that it’s owned by people who love what they do. I’ll definitely be back, thank you so much!

Very disappointed. Extremely rude owners. Took our kids with a group of friends and was so rude especially with the mans facial expressions when we asked for an extra bowl for sharing and for more rice which we pay extra. When we asked for something; the man replied back with very annoyed voice and with a frown. (Really want to ask why they are working at a restaurant if they are annoyed with serving) . And also when we were all done with eating; the man and women (looked like owners); both looked at our table n the top and bottom. Then spoke quite loudly to eachother; talking about us like how annoying it is (we even tidied the floor for our baby spilling some food- but we regret from doing this now) From watching this made us as a first time customer to not wanting to visit here ever again. And will definitely not recommend this rude place to others. They completely ignored us when we were leaving.As a same Korean, feel so embarrased.Hope they will get their customer services skills right sometime soon if they dont want to lose anymore valuable customers.Unable to reply back thus posting here .Firstly, pretty sure we werent making any fuss there. Secondly, they talkn bout cctv or what; We shouldve dne that too lol.Lastly, if ur not fund of children why not make it a no kids zone.Kids talk and we as a parent try to make our kids to lower their voices dwn and the only time they actually spoke loudly was when they stood up as we were gettn ready to leave and actually told them off to quiet dwn. So this does show that we as a customer still tried to show some respect even though from experiencing with your disrespectful attitude.

Great service, waitress was very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and the portion sizes were well worth the price. Their Korean style chicken is so good! Highly recommend :)
