Elderly Assist - Downsize - Pack - Move

Janice and the Elderly Assist team were fabulous. I was overwhelmed with the job of readying the 50+ year family home for sale on my own. Once they started it was all simplified and they took care of everything- packing &removal & selling items. Even when mum wanted stuff back from the auction house it was an easy ask.They made it all flow and treated contents and me with care and support.Thanks so much guys

Janice and her team were encouraging, courteous, as well as very fast and capable. They took the time to understand our situation and requirements, and coped expertly with all our extras and changes along the way. The team helped us to do a major downsize and declutter of our big house with a lot of storage that held a lifetime's possessions. All items were disposed of appropriately and according to our wishes. I can't speak highly enough of the team, who were always personable and worked with us effectively, courteously and with grace and good humour.After the downsizing and decluttering our items were packed in two sessions over two days, and we moved the next day to a temporary smaller rental property. The same day the team unpacked everything and put it all in an appropriate place. I’d like to mention Helen, Anne and Juliette for their encouragement, positive attitude and very helpful and patient assistance with all the downsizing, decluttering and organising we needed to do.Carlos was an absolute star in the way he masterminded all this, somehow remembered and cheerfully coped with every detail we ever told him or asked him to do, made sure the move was quick, smooth and as stress-free as possible, and did all this while looking as if it was all in a day's work. Whatever we asked for was not a problem, and nothing was ever too much trouble for him.
