They went to great lengths to retrieve data off my completely broken phone which wouldn’t turn on and if it did, it kept restarting itself. I was handed the phone back with another less-broken battery and less-broken screen so I could airdrop all my photos and videos (that were not backed up) to my new phone myself. I was really worried I wouldn’t be able to get them back and also that it would cost a fortune as they held my phone for 2 months, but they only charged a minimal fee. I appreciated their efforts, even though I didn’t believe I would be able to airdrop them myself initially (as previous efforts had failed). Many apologies! I got them all back in 2 hours. Would definitely recommend, thanks so much guys.

Good quick turn around however they should tell you a estimate of the price to change the screen on S22 ultra $900 wow almost fell over when they gave me the price.

We brought in our destroyed American Samsung and had to have a part ordered from the USA. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They communicated every step with us and did a great job on the repair.
