Had a night out with my husband, and the evening was great. Food was delicious; portions that were just right - definitely enough for a meal but not left feeling too full. Pork Belly and double surf for mains were both presented well and tasted amazing. Shared an entree and had a dessert each: eagerly finished off! Service was also great: dirty napkins replaced between meals, glasses taken when empty and checked in with etc; but without feeling rushed or too much. Pork belly had been recommended, and I also highly recommend it, but I will go back to try some of the other mains as they all sounded so good!

Booked a table for a large group (around 20 people) and could not of been more happier!! Everything was perfect and Khan was an absolute delight to correspond with and really catered to suit our needs. We went for a set menu which offered a really good selection of dishes and really well priced. The food was really delicious and great portion sizes. The service was amazing and the staff really friendly and attentive. Everyone in our party said what a lovely time they had and how great the food was. Thank you so much for creating a really enjoyable afternoon for everyone. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a great place to eat and also if need to cater for a large group.

We went there for brunch. The service was excellent and the food was superb. Eggs perfectly cooked, bacon crispy, and served on really warmed plates so the food stayed hot. I thought it was good value too for what we had. Will definitely be back.

Choose to dine here based on recent google reviews & was thoroughly pleased. First time I’ve been in this restaurant which was full on a Sunday night of a long weekend. I remembered the owner had won some awards for his previous restaurant in the Hutt so I was hopeful that it would be a good experience. Everything we ordered from the garlic bread, beef cheek, eye fillet steak, onion rings & caramel cheesecake were all delicious & tasty. The wine options were good & well priced, the staff were helpful & accommodating. I will certainly go back & recommend.(Portions are bigger than how they appear in my photos).

Celebrated birthday, staff were so lovely and service was great, so on to it. Two tasting platters for 5 adults more than enough. Had beef cheeks, absolutely beautiful and everyone loved their meals too. Thank you for awesome evening.

We came here as a group of 8 on a busy Friday night. We had booked our table in advance. The service was fantastic. The food was delicious. And the dessert menu was just as good. Enjoyed the cocktails we had ordered too. Will definitely be back.

I had an amazing experience at Simply Grill last night so felt compelled to share. First off, the Staff very welcoming. Ambience warm and unpretentious. Menu has lots of options, and better yet the food produced was at a very high standard, as good as the top restaurants in Wellington I think. And youll find their prices at least a third less than what you pay in the capital. Overall faultless, and highly recommend.

Very good service here, and a good selection of meals options on the menu. The entrees and mains we had were delivered in good time despite the restaurant being quite busy. All the food was delivered hot and tasted good.
