I brought a PlayStation VR 2 headset from them. After discovering it was faulty. I contacted them and advised I wouldn't be able to get back to them for a few weeks because I live out of town and prefure to have my money back.The manager advised I can take it to the Palmerston branch, as they are closer, and they can do this for me. Upon returning the device 2 the Palmerston brunch the manager there told me that the Tauranga branch should have offered me a courer ticket and they would have been able to do this week's ago and was not able to refund my money until they get the repaired device back from Sony. I'm still waiting for my money back. So I cannot recommend buying anything from any JB Hi Fi stores

Outstanding customer service. I had issues with a laptop purchased a few months ago and the matter was resolved quickly, with great service and with real understanding for my situation. Would definitely purchase laptops and other electronics from here in the future.

I was looking for a kettle about a week ago, wanted a delonghi one but couldn't find the right product. However, the male staff (I don't know his name) tried to help me and offered me a very nice service! Even the staffs at the reception are so kind! Definitely will come back near future. Thank you :)

Very excellent place to find whatever you need from pc to consoles, from sounds to cameras, and everything about electronics. Just visit their site to find what you need and you end up buying more that what you need for a very good price.
