Nothing but praise for Matt and his team for the way they looked after my two babies. I was concerned because if had a bad experience somewhere else but that fear was short lived. He sent me updates during their stay so knew they were fine.

We unexpectedly needed a cattery for 2 cats, 2 days before the Easter holidays, for a 7 day stay! Our regular loved and trusted cattery has closed down. Cambridge Vets recommended Matt. I found Matt to be very accommodating with our cats. They were put in a private suite as one needed special care. Matt was happy to administer medication and feed our cats their special diet food. Thrilled with the care and attention my cats got and the willingness of Matt to help out at such short notice over a long busy weekend. We have booked the cats for a second stay later in the year. Oreo had a great 1st stay for 4 nights at Cambridge Cattery. Many thanks to Matt who helped him settle in ( was timed at start ). Highly recommended and Oreo’s looking forward to his Xmas stay…

Lovely cattery with an indoor and semi outdoor enclosures. Lots of cat beds and hiding locations for the cats. Owner Matt is very friendly and easy to deal with. Also takes photographs of the cats during their stay. Definitely recommend this cattery.

Our cat seemed happy with his stays here but will be looking elsewhere. The attitude during drop off and picking is too hit and miss.The guy needs to change his opening times to suit him, instead of telling customers they are always inconveniencing him.Response: Nope I have the right place. Take the review as is and look to move forward.

Both our cats Charlie & Ember really enjoyed their stay here with Matt.Matt goes out of his way to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of the cats that board here. If we lived closer we would continue to have our cats stay here.If anyone has any concerns go speak with Matt and be rest assured that the cats will be front and centre. The boarding area is very well kept and clean and the cats are looked after very well.thank you matt for all you do!

I worry far too much about our cat Zuma, and so feel incredibly lucky that Matt at Cambridge Cattery is there to look after her when we are on holiday. His personalised care for all the visiting cats is immediately obvious. He knows what each one needs and likes. We drive an hour each way to make sure Zuma will be looked after like she is at home.

Matt looked after our elderly cat brilliantly and there were no signs of him being distressed by his stay at all, which is unusual for him. He's 20 now, and normally resents having to go to a cattery, even if it's only for one night!
