Yesterday 19/02 I returned a faulty device it was kept in store for a few hours for assessment. Later in the evening I was called saying it was faulty and had approval to go back in store before 10pm (closing time) to swap out for a new functioning device. I rushed over from central auckland arriving at 9.45pm paperwork in hand and was told they were closing so the man at the counter couldn't help me despite being the only customer in the store and despite there being 3 of them behind the counter and despite there being 15 minutes until the store would be closed. He proceeded to say it will take too long with the paper work and he has to set up the device for me which is untrue and all the paper work had been done when I dropped off the faulty device earlier in store. I left the store and returned today 20/02 was served by the same guy who again was rude and made each part of the process difficult. Unlike what he had told me the night before - he did not need to do any paperwork or set up the device for me he just grabbed the new device and scanned it through the whole process took no more than 5 minutes total. Before leaving with the new device he did not give me the reciept saying the new device isn't covered under warranty which is untrue - it is not my fault the first device was faulty. I asked him again for the reciept so I can use it for warranty which he reluctantly gave. I am very disappointed with his service and utter rudeness and has put me off ever going back to Shosha and will not recommend their services or store anymore which is unfortunate because after many good experiences this was definitely the worst!!!

These indians at this store are money hungry people, they sold me a scale costed $70 which is faulty and didnt last over a month took it back and explain to them. They wouldnt even care and just avoid you.beware and dont shop here!!!!

Honestly shosha products are so low quality and expensive i just change from ur china made products to some other nz made shop and trust me i m spending way low and got guided better so disappointed u guys got that many shops and with that low quality liquids buyers be aware try some other shop which are way cheaper than there products

Their goods aren't very wear and tear resistant. Pretty disappointing I had to pay the consumer commission twice in as many weeks you people need to polish up on New Zealand's structure on returns especially when your policy says different to you u til someone asks to see it and is it displayed. Fair play people.

Literally just got home after buying the caliburn vape only to open it and find the spare coil is not in its package, yet it’s sealed.. is this a joke?!?

fake products.pods leaking - no warranty.reply to owner..Have a read on reddit.. alot of unhappy customers claiming the same thing.purchased pack of vapersso pods.filled and let it settle came back in 15mins all the juice leaked out.

Great product range and specials prices are good. But general pricing is a little steep and i have found that the majority of the staff are not super helpful if u aren't spending big bucks!

So much better than their K Rd branch, polite and helpful and patient staff and good product knowledge
