By far the best car repair experience I have ever had. The staff were friendly and informative, the replacement took half the quote time (in and out in two hours), and they took care of every little detail to make sure I could just drive away. No hidden costs or strange last-minute charges, I paid the exact amount I was quoted on the phone. Absolutely recommend this place for your next windshield replacement!

Fantastic service. Even when discovered they had the wrong screen, it was lodged straight away and the installer called me again early afternoon to say he was on his way back to install the correct one. Fantastic to have it all sorted in a day.

This company was just awesome to deal with. Polite, fast and efficient. I needed to leave our little van in there longer during the Christmas break nothing was a problem. The side window cost 400 including tinting which I thought was reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Terrible phone service, Did they take all of Vodafone's employees that got the boot?? Overseas call center and very confusing setup to arrange a windscreen replacement.

I had my glass replaced last year in 2020 through insurance through these guys.When I dropped the vehicle off in the morning, I asked them to let me know if there was any rust on the windscreen frame (I was expecting rust as its a 1992 Hilux, in average condition). I also asked again when I collected the car, I was told there was no rust.The Fuyao branded windscreen that they used lasted less than 10 months before cracking (non fixable) in two areas on the bottom of the windscreen. This may just be bad luck however.Unfortunately insurance charges an excess if you claim a windscreen multiple times a year, so I dealt with it and waited an extra couple months (to make it a year) before claiming again.Today, I had Smith & Smith replace it this time, as I wanted to try XYG glass instead of Fuyao. They rang me straight away to tell me I have major rust on the top of the frame which has clearly been there more than a year.Not impressed with the dishonesty, I could have had this all repaired a year ago with a years less worth of rust to repair. Unfortunately going to be even more of an expensive fix.

I came to Instant Ws North Shore by redirection from my insurance company. I've previously twice had astounding poor service from another windscreen fixer when redirected by my insurer so I wasn't optimistic at first. As it turned out, they took all details on the first call, fixed the windscreen in exactly the time they said it would take, and were genuinely respectful towards customers of all types who came in while I read a book in their waiting area. Top score.

I had an axe come flying through my windscreen a couple of days ago and Eddie from instant windscreens did a great job installing the new windscreen to my Forester. His work ethic was excellent, took great care when removing trims, vacuumed the whole vehicle to keep me and my family safe from shattered glass & great attention to detail. I honestly can't ask for a better service this includes the office team who accommodated all my appointment changes. Eddie you are an great asset to the industry. Two thumbs up.

I was referred to Instant Windscreens through my insurance company after somebody broke into my car.Replacement window arrived the next day, they had time to put it in immediately and the job was all done in less time than it took me to walk around the corner to PB tech and grab a pie at the bakery down the street.Office staff were friendly on the phone and everything was a breeze when I dropped my car off.Would definitely recommend going here for repairs.They did a fantastic job getting all the broken glass out of my car too. Definitely felt like they went the extra mile.
