Customer service is pretty bad, went in there no body even said a word to us we were in there for about 20 minutes and they ignored us Continuing to help other customers who came in after us when it was obvious we wanted to get something. This has happened more than once

Shop is very tidy with a decent range, Unfortunately the manager was awful and rude, she made a massive fuss over something simple.My Partner and I will Only Shop online now and will never step foot inside this store until there is new management.

Came into store with a bracelet brought off line that was too small was greeted with a lady, that we explained how we brought off line and was hoping to exchange and she looked at it and straight away turned us down n said they didnt have it. With no looking or any other help. Rude!! Family member went back in today to have meet with another lady, with a totally different result, they do have the braclet all it needed was a change of clasp. Some ppl should just not b in customer service.

I have been into pandora palmerston north now quite a few times and everytime I go in there you feel welcomed by the staff and great service by taylor. I recommend her to anyone. Great attitude and service.
