CrossFit 0435

Becky and Paul have changed the way I think about excercise and health. I have always been horrendously unco, accident prone and sport was never my forte. I would never have thought crossfit was for me! But at 0435 I have achieved things I would have thought I was capable of. You won't regret stepping into the box. You will be welcomed, encouraged, accepted and coached by a couple who love their work and treat their members like family. You won't regret it :)

I just love being part of the Crossfit 0435 family. I started training there about 10 months ago and was warmly welcomed into the supportive community they've built and soon made new awesome friends. The small groups allow for attentive coaching, and Becky and Paul have both managed to motivate me to bring out my big efforts. Everything about Crossfit 0435 is fantastic - great communication, coaching, environment, support, friends, fitness benefits, social. I especially love the team workout days on stat holidays! My kids also get right into the crossfit warrior kids sessions they run as the emphasis is fun and effort. Thanks Paul and Becky for making a massive difference in my life :)

Love the space and the coaching! Such a cool vibe. Paul has done an awesome job fitting so much awesomeness in there, everything has been thought through. If you like solid coaching and nicely stacked DBs this is the place for you.

Highly highly recommend Crossfit 0435. Incredible coaching, dynamic environment and an amazing community to be a part of. I have been a member of CF0435 for just over a year. I have been challenged physically as well as mentally and am a happier, healthier person for it. I'm so glad I plucked up the courage to try something totally new.

Having tried a number of different Crossfit boxes in Auckland I am so pleased to have found Crossfit 0435. The coaches (Paul and Becky) are exceptional, always ready to help you improve your skills, smash your personal record or push you when you need it most! Never imagined I would leap out of bed at 3.50am for a WOD but that’s exactly what I do now - all due to the incredible people I get to workout with!

My favourite Crossfit gym. Top technical and knowledgeable coach, awesome programming and community. Big breadth of training, everything from mobility, recovery, skills, competition and so forth. Also fun and casual friendly.
