Do NOT purchase from this supplier!! Unfortunately I did before checking reviews, purchasing items that this merchant could not supply. I was initially refunded and then the amount was again deducted from my credit card. I had to report fraudulent behaviour to my credit card supplier, get my card cancelled and also file a ‘obtaining by deception’ report to the NZ Police before the 2nd illegal transaction was cancelled. It is impossible to contact Janet Shi, owner/manager of this joint. The stress involved in dealing with this situation has been immense, let alone the time required to visit NZ Police and wait on the phone for my credit card company to answer my call. Again, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER!!

Read every one star review on here and do not purchase from them unless you want to be mucked around, lied to, screamed to and generally given the run-around. If you are seeking a refund, be prepared to put in a lot of time chasing and getting generally threatening before they actually do anything about it. Good luck :-)

Drove up from Hamilton to purchase 2x oak bedside tables these were unpacked and checked by a staff member then put back in there boxes. Before he bought them out to my vehicle,when I got home and unpacked them they were both damaged the dovetailed join was popping apart down oneside of one unit and the other had scratches on the top of it. Rang the store sent photos via email. Returned the units at my cost. And it would take up to 14days for a refund

I would HIGHLY reccommend you do not have dealings with this company. I have never received such poor service and product. I placed an order in the May and understood that there could have been delays with shipping - I accepted that when I paid in full on the day of the purchase. However - I was advised that I would eventually receive my vanity in the August - it never actually arrived till the October and then when it did arrive it arrived with scratches on the marble and a splashback that was too short for the length of the unit. I requested a replacement which then arrived in December - BROKEN! I then requested another splashback after providing accurate measurements for them to fulfill the original order from MAY remember... which did eventually arrive in the February only to see that it was made too long! I had to pay for it to be cut and they would reimburse me - which they did but not for the full cost. It was suggested that I package it up and send it back to AKL but if it broke that would be my loss. Totally unacceptable and poor poor customer service. All up - I had to wait 10 months for a complete vanity. Spend your money elsewhere.

Absolute nightmare dealing with this crowd. Beware, they refuse to refund for faulty goods unless you send the goods back within 7 days of receipt which is in violation of consumer guarantees act. Spending store credit if you can't go directly to the store is a waste of time, they repeatedly failed to notify of pre-order issues for months, every single order confirmation / credit note / invoice had errors on it, it's like they have no system in place at all. Calls and emails went unanswered and I very much doubt I will ever see the $10 credit for 2 months delay on delivery. Just glad my dealings with them are now over. Only buy if you can go to the store in person to collect and inspect your order.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with JS Interiors. The quality of product was well below average for what we paid, (Thousands for 2 x vanities) along with dreadful customer service.The product looked nothing like what was advertised on the website and when they finally arrived it was damaged in numerous places. With multiple contact attempts to resolve this we never received any follow up or rectification from JS Interiors. We would NOT recommend purchasing from them.

Wish I had seen other reviews before ordering with them. Pre-order, paid in full (had to) took twice as long as what they said it would, ignored my emails requesting updates, finally get it and really disappointed with the quality, dirty marks on the cushion and white Velcro straps holding it on!

Never ever buy from this company. I ordered furniture in February for delivery early September and it still hasn't arrived. I had notification that the shipment would be arriving into Auckland end of August and so followed them up early October to see where it was. I had no response for a week and then a email saying 'i am pleased to tell you your shipment will be arriving end of November'. No reply to my previous email apologizing for the 3 month delay. I then had another email end of November saying it was arriving mid-December. It still hasn't arrived end December. The customer service is terrible - all you get is generic replies.
