Not too bad but I was expecting more flavour from the meat tbh. The chips were seasoned good but made the burgers feel bland in comparison. Customer service was 10/10.

Great burgers and sides! Had lunch here on a Saturday and enjoyed it! Burgers were large and sides were generous. Menu is a good size with plenty of options without being overwhelming. We went with the chicken burger, pulled pork burger, loaded fries and cheesy Mac bites. Restaurant is quite large so can cater to a good group size. Food service was relatively quick too.

I did a review back when it opened and my experience was only okay but have since been back a few more times recently and I have to say they've upped their game in a massive way. Serving sizes are a lot bigger but not only that, the quality is better.Customer service is excellent and the atmosphere is great and welcoming.The food is consistently amazing at the moment, the burger specials are also amazing. I had this amazing chicken burger (can't remember what it's called but I'll post a photo) and it changed my life!Definitely recommend giving Wilson BBQ a visit!!

I went with a large group and the verdicts were:Brisket - a bit dry and not particularly well flavouredRibs - quite nice despite coming out slightly coldPulled pork - decentChicken wings - very averageChips - dry and not particularly well seasoned, had the floury texture you'd expect from undercooked chips.Corn bread - incredibly dry, little to no flavour and the honey butter spread wasn't very nice; not many of us ended up finishing themPotato salad - quite nice, flavoursome with a nice tangCreamed corn - tasty, good texture and consistencyOverall, a passable barbeque offering with some very hit and miss side dishes.Presentation was good but lacking consistency in quality to back it up. With that said, the food was considered overpriced for the quality received.

Very tasty! Great flavours & seasoning Good portion size! Kids enjoyed their chicken and waffles. Ordered a share platter, looked great! Chicken and sausage delicious - Tbh brisket was was dry (cooked well but lost moisture) ribs were glazed beautifully but were super dry on their exterior. As an avid bbq enthusiast and having worked in bbq restaurants, I understand the work involved to get slowed cooked meat on the plate, but moist is best! Dvb beers on point!

We ordered the platter for two. While the flavour had potential, because the meat was barely warm, it was unappealing. I did mention the fact that the meat was not hot enough to the waiter when he eventually came to ask how our meal was but he simply left us with a ‘sorry about that’. The food was quick to be delivered after we ordered which left me with the feeling that the meat probably had been precooked and poorly ‘heated’ before serving. They have an air curtain over the front door but that either had it off or it needs replacing because every time the front door opened we got blasted with a gust of cold air.

Been here a few times. Once was great, every other time was luke warm. Brisket is always dry. Always. I’ve got a feeling they pre slice everything, then bag it and sous vide it. Completely ruins it.

Ordered from the Greytown Christmas Featival and Mac and cheese bites were absolutely awful. Over fried dry clumps of hard pasta. Didn’t even get any cheese flavour because they were so over cooked. Also only got two bites for $8?

This was just, not good. The service was decent, the place was clean but we paid $90 for two people to leave hungry because we really didn’t enjoy any of it. The corn cob was sad and flavourless, cornbread was dry and hard to swallow, all the meat was very dry and the only flavour it had was the sauce, mash potato was cold, coleslaw was bland. The only redeeming factor was the sausage was okay and the pickles were nice.
