Alufix Installation

This business has been very poor to deal with. After removing silicon around my skylight with the promise of coming back in two weeks time to fix it, I heard nothing for two months. During this time I had a considerable amount of water damage to my wall which would not have happened had they not removed the silicon. I contacted them and waited another fortnight with no response before getting someone else to fix the problem. I wrote them an extensive letter in the hope that we could reach an amicable agreement but once again had no response to the letter, or my email. However, they continued to send overdue accounts for the incomplete work. I decided to pay the invoice simply because I can do without the stress, but honestly think they should be paying me.

Top service. Knowledgeable, great professional staff. Clean modern factory and showroom. Highly reccommended.I hunted the city for rubber seal to replace damaged and aged window rubber. Theae guys were amazing. No problem whatsoever and they matched up what i needed very quickly.

Very poor customer service.I placed an order through the website, didn't hear anything from them. rang everyday for a week at different times. Phone calls went un-answered and no voice mail available. I rang the place next door and was advised they were still in business. . I would give NO stars if I could.

Were not there during opening hours

Didn't answer their phone Friday morning. Still waiting for them to call back. Got my repair done on Saturday morning within 2 hours of calling Sliding Door Specialists.
