Montblanc Auckland - Queen Str.

I'm waiting 7 days (maybe more days coming) from their reply for product defect issues. The poor customer service for such as high quality, well known, highest level of craftsmanship company.UPDATE:After Three weeks, the Montblanc has decided to post the wallet to my home without any communications. During that time, no one was home until another month I came back from overseas.I wish the Montblanc can contact me. I think that is extremely rude and disrespectful. This is not a $20 dollars product. It's an item which is very meaningful and important to me.5/4/2018

Prompt professional service with more supplies obtained than expected and cheaper price so pleasantly surprised. Queen Street retailers could learn a lot from this shop, sure it's high end but attitude and pride in work come with an individual

Never buy a Mont Blanc pen. I got a very expensive one 18 months ago and it broke while writing. (A little piece of plastic inside by the nib).They refused to repair it under warranty as they claimed it had been damaged, and sent me a zoomed in picture of a small dent on the pen as proof it had been dropped at some stage. They then offered to replace the little piece of plastic at the 'heavily discounted' price of $550.00.A total rip-off. I asked them to return the pen unrepaired as I intend to take it to Europe and shove it up the CEO's whatnot.

I was given a Mont Blanc pen as present. I was told by the person giving me the gift that I could change it I wanted.The pen came with a medium nib, I usually use a fine nib.I put a cartridge in the pen and wrote my name, the nib was too wide.I went to the shop in Queen Street and they told me that as I had used the it might be considered 2nd hand and would need to be seen by a technician before they might consider exchanging for a fine nib.In effect, they knew the purchase date, I had to use the nib to know if it was suitable, as soon as I used the nib ( for 5 seconds) they had concerns that the nib would be so damaged that it would be second hand.Is their product so poorly made that it becomes useless after the first 5 seconds use? If so then I would not recommend that anyone buy a Mont Blanc pen.The customer service was appalling, in effect they called me a liar and only a technician could tell them the truth.If you want a good pen buy a Lamy, you get them off the peg and do not have to deal with poor customer service selling over priced merchandise that would seen to deteriorate within 5 seconds of use

I have been a customer of Mt Blanc for the last 3 years, I have bought a few pens, cases and more things. I have always loved Mt Blanc until the last few months. I got one of the worst Costumer services ever in this shop in NZ. I bought a STARWALKER RED GOLD RESIN FINELINER for my wife in June last year, I asked the shop to engraved her name on it, I bough a case for her so she will the pen and keep it safe inside. I know how well she looks after things and suddenly last month some small visible cracks start to appear around the Pen Cover. We took the Pen to this store immediately to get it check, believing that because it was under the warranty they will look into it and fix it. For our surprise we got the worst Costumer Service, they not only took ages to get their technician" to look into the problem

Bought a $4000 automatic watch that lose a screw and it floats inside the clear mechanism stoping it from working. Staff advised assessment is over $60. Plus repair cost and service. A watch has a very simple function, it is to let the user know the time but this $3000 dollar watch doesn't do that it is 5 years old. My advise is buy a watch from the warehouse will last you longer. No body cares about the watch you wear.

I have visited the store to purchase mens accessories but was disappointed with the level of professionalism demonstrated by the staff members (especially the lady with short hair). I wouldn't recommend shopping from this store for sure unless they hire staff with a more professional mind.

It is unclear how the staff are recruited at this boutique. It must be said the staff are incompetent, not qualified to sell the items in the shop and they definitely bring disrepute to the luxury products.Let us not forget the location of the boutique Queen Street is lousy. This is due to poor decisions from Auckland and Auckland Transport with no access to parking near the store. The business association of Queen Street is not in favour of supporting the business as well as prospective customers.Can this boutique afford to conduct business in this manner? I would rather take my business elsewhere, possibly the Internet.

Initially we had excellent service for the sale (no surprises) but when we subsequently sent the pen back to have the nib changed, we were given a whole lot of excuses as to why it couldn't be changed and that we had scratched it (the pen had only been used for 1 day and this was highly unlikely).Do not do service with this store. They are rude and only happy to take your money.

Great selection of pens. Top notch service, super friendly and provide great advices.
