My subway smells weird, the bread smells like fish. Also pretty sure I got given stale old cookies that were meant to be thrown away. Inedible experience, 1 star.

Recently got a sandwich from here. Couldn't remember his name, but he's from Bangalore, he made it for me. He took his time and put the right amount of filings in. He was super efficient and friendly, veggies was fresh as always and really like his prompt customer service.I do appreciate it. I'll be back.

I have received an email for free drink and cookies on my birthday month purchase. However after selecting my sub with all the salads, and presented the email at checkout, the staff told me their restaurant/franchise does not participate in this. So whats the points of me receiving such email? There wasn’t any clause stating that it was for participating outlet only. Very disappointed with the Parnell subway outlet.When asked for chicken teriyaki, they have none. When asked for meatball they have none. I have been patronizing this outlet for the past three years because its close by to my work place but after such a disappointing experience, i will only consider other fast food outlets nearby.

Horrible stingy place, shouldn’t be called a subway. Order a veggie sub and they put 5 small pieces of capsicum on it. I ask for more and they say it’s “store manager’s policy”. I offer to pay however much for extra capsicum and they say the don’t do that. Reluctantly the employee put some more. “Have it your way” more like “Take what you’re given and go away”.

Service is fast, extremely fast. The team work well together and their communication skills are great. Food is amazing of course, delicious and fresh. The interior seating space isn't too big, but there is well set up seating outside the store. Visit here often for lunch, and am never disappointed.

Ordered a veggie delite and had paid for extra avocado. As soon as I took the first bite I realised the avocado was completely off. The taste was so disgusting and upon closer inspection the texture and colour of the avocado was slimy and black. Can’t believe they still put that in the sub. Never going back again!

Ordered a regular salad - got told I could only have 3pcs of everything and that was the procedure. Lady was rude and customer service was shocking with it taking over 5 minutes to reach the point of putting veges on the salad. First and last time going here
