Actually, our experience visiting late in the day was very ordinary. There were few customers, and staff were not welcoming and only interested in pointing us to an aisle without any offer of help.We actually gave up looking after two fruitless searches and left purchasing only one of the three items we were looking for. Feilding is not our home store and all I can say is that the Bunnings experience is much better elsewhere.I found few reasons to want to return.

Staff were extremely helpful and customer focused. Sourced what we want direct from the supplier so that we didn't have to wait weeks for a transfer from another Bunnings. Top marks for customer service.

Really have what you want. Usually end up going to Palmy. Some staff fantastic some aren't interested. My last visit. She was excellent. Searched on her phone/ tablet for product out of stock. Then palmy too. First time for ages
