Purchased two Oppo find x5 June 2022. Fell from couch to floor and has a huge crack. Not even a year. Reason why we got these phones was because we were told they would be sturdy enough for my husband's work which was construction. Got told, Warranty doesn't cover screen damages. Spent over 2k on these phones and already damaged. No help. Except send it off for a quote we'd have to pay for again anyway. Woman on the phone sounded like she couldn't be bothered explaining this to me. Wouldn't buy here again. Waste of money. Anyone who knows the proper value of money would understand this.

Honestly very disappointed in your customer service, after taking my contract phone in as it is faulty. They can't print off the documents neaded to add to my phone for repair, Nikki did not offer any alternative either. This is very bad after care. I still have to pay my monthly fees for a defective phone, but getting it sent away to have repaired seems like hard work? Not good 2degrees

For a store that promotes communication really needs to understand what communication and customer service means. Came in this store and felt fobbed off and told to go to The Base or back to Tauranga... Terrible customer!!!

Fantastic staff, great customer service. Nikki and Alex and one of the best they have. Soft spoken ready to help as long as it takes. If you need your problems sorted out with 2 degrees this is the place.

I was helped by a young asian man - I didn't manage to get his name. He was really helpful and knologable about the products and services they provide. He answered all of my questions, and although I didn't end up making a puchase I felt like he valuded me as a potential customer and provided outstanding customer service.

We met Alex Lai and he was very helpful. We had an issue with warranty and we came to store the supervisor rude and didn't help us. Other day we met AlexLai he helped us beside that he did give idea of loan phones which was the best option for us because our phone was suppose to be sent to Auckland and it would take 2 or 3 weeks.Alex Lai was better then supervisor
