These guys are great to deal with. Did a fantastic job and very professional. Would highly recommend them.

Waste of my time

Poor customer service. Charged almost $100 call out fee yet could not fix issue on day that was called out for. Waste of money. Received 15 minutes of advice but hardly worth half the amount charged. Do not recommend.

Great prompt service

I should've gone to Impact first: in contrast to every other roofing company I contacted, they were prompt, professional, explained everything they were doing, completely understood my explanation of the repair needed (great communication between office staff and guy in the van), and I couldn't be more happy with the repair. Best of all, they bothered to get back to me: something I just couldn't get from all other roofing companies (despite me trying often to reinvigorate my query). Did a fantastic job - I'll never bother using anyone else.

Not recommended at all charged $175 for 15 minutes call out fee , absolute rip off .
