A big 'thank you' to the blonde haired guy working on the self services checkout at 1210 on 15th December (sorry I didn't get his name). I am currently on crutches and he offered to take my trolly to my car and also packed it in the boot - Real nice customer service, a credit to the company having staff such as him. 10/10 for service.

Wow - so back in October this happened to our lovely new home from COUNTDOWN one line shopping - so the damaged got fixed but still they haven't paid the full account and countdown don't want to help me chase up the account from the drive who did this damage!!!!! so watch out people !!!!

Quite well located. Parking is available even during peak hours. The store itself is very old and could do with a renovation. Shelfs are well stocked though and the range is good. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Gets very busy at times so can be long lines at checkout. Prices are OK with good discounts. Good fresh produce.

Always a pleasant shopping experience at this Countdown. The supermarket has a nice, spacious fit out and it never feels too crowded. Great to see self-service becoming the norm at all Countdowns. Pak’nSave still have a bit of catching up to do!Hamish DorringtonKakapo Business Sales

I enjoy shopping at Botany and Goldfields mall....Just not enough security, I've seen so much stuff stolen. It's scary. The worst at the end of the day, we The customer pays for the loss in countdown

This is our local Countdown more or less. This supermarket has been quite good in some aspects, particularly in terms of their customer service.However, lately everything has been going downhill quite significantly. It seems as if they only stock products in the morning and not throughout the day (unlike Pak N Save and New World). If you do not go in the morning, you get all that is left which can be somewhat disappointing.Their prices are not the best either, but when comparing that with the quality of products the offer it is a bit of a hit and miss. I do not mind this particular branch, but I would rather go to Pak N Save and save money where better quality products are on sale.

Pretty good place, liked the environment, bakery was a bit disappointing, found the bakery to have less choice and stock, otherwise overall good place to shop
