Shocking customer service. I called head office... I was calm & reasonable. They said to take your custom somewhere else & hung up on me, called back & hung up again.Used to be a regular & have spent lots of money here, we will never go again. The real test of a good company is how they deal with you when things go wrong.Not acceptable, DON'T GO!

I went for a quick shop here to grab some things for that nights dinner, had plenty of options and lots of unique groceries that other places didn't have.

One of the smaller shop with a limited number of car park; however, the variety of the items in stock are on par with their larger stores. Staff members are friendly, attentive, and very helpful. The also have very good quality of fresh produce.

Really like Farro. Expensive but fresh. Could do with more ready-made gourmet meals that can be heated up in a microwave. Also bigger selection bakery. Overall satisfaction 5*
