Lollyworld NZ

Bit of a strange experience. A week went by after receiving my tracking number and no movement of the parcel, so I contacted them and was told that they had been in touch with NZPost and that they had lost my parcel. I contacted NZPost myself and was assured that this parcel was never received nor were they contacted by this company. After numerous emails I finally received the product 2 weeks from the initial order. I tried using this company again recently and my order was cancelled three days later with no mention as to why, I have emailed to find out the reason and as of yet have still not been told why.Fortunately there are plenty of other options when purchasing international drinks/lollies etc so would definitely recommend shopping anywhere but here.

Was very excited to get my hands on some pods. They were expired by a month but I expected them to still taste the same, but unfortunately they were really stale instead of crunchy like they’re supposed to be. Unfortunately I bought 3 packs as my birthday prezzie so had to throw them away. Have tried emailing but no response

Made my first order and omg the best choice I ever made!!! So many delicious lollies!! Will definitely be ordering again!!! And again!!!!!

Good service and quick delivery, sadly the lollies weren't very nice.
