A big shout out to Parts and Services Ltd, 1 Miro Street in Taupo, for saving the day on Christmas Eve after the bracket holding the alternator/fan belt in place on our bus sheared off. They fixed it in under 20 minutes. Cheers, guys!

Staff member left a 10 cm long deep scratch in the side of our van while replacing an electrical plug, didn't tell us at the time but it was discovered and pointed out 30 min after paying the bill. They acknowledged it when pointed out but are now ignoring our emails and when phoned they say we will get onto it but nothing happens. This issue will be taken further. All we want is paint to be restored. We cannot recommend this company.

Absolutely fabulous service!! We had a wheel come off our trailer and had another four hour drive home. We called parts and services and they fixed it straight away to get us back on the road. Definitely go above and beyond and I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Outstanding service. We turned up with our bus, unannounced, after the bracket holding the alternator in place broke. It was fixed and we were on our way within 20 minutes. All this on Christmas eve. Thank you Parts and Services

First time sending my vehicle to Parts n Services. I made a mistake that had Carol the receptionist running around, and I wasted her time. But we got there in the end and she was still she was polite, happy and friendly the entire time. Had my car done the day they said they would too. Great service
