I was looking for the next gen Everest and went to the showroom and met Andy. He was so accommodating and nice to us, everything went very smooth with sale. Delivery was done by Paul who explained all the features dos and donts. This is the first time us owning a brand new car and the first time owning a ford.The Experience was excellent.

I was looking for the perfect little run around and the Ford Puma - mini SUV was the perfect fit for me. I’ve never owned a Ford before so it wasn’t going to be an easy sell. I met Luke at North Harbour Ford and was so impressed. There were particular things I was looking for which he covered off for me, then he patiently spent time going thru all the latest technologies that I didn’t have in my existing car. This is my first brand new car so to have it waiting for me covered and with a big blue bow was a lovely touch. On the day of pick up we met Paul, who alongside Luke had played a part in the delivery of my gorgeous new wheels and together they made the experience a memorable one. Thank you both for all you’ve done. I luv my new Ford Puma!

Where to start? Super hard to get in contact with. Phones didn’t work once in the 7 weeks my vehicle was there and email responses super slow.Ford Ranger went in for an issue of rough shifting between gears. Was told it needed a transmission rebuild. They did the rebuild, charged $6,000 and the issues are still there. Refused to refund it and are trying to charge me more to fix it.Case has now been filed with the disputes tribunal. Avoid at all costs.
