Good value and speedy work just had 2 irreparable dings/scratches that we discovered later but only one on an object we cared about which was a bed head board . still I would recommend them any day . good lads

Horrific service. The guy parked the truck across the driveway of our neighbor and then proceeded to bombard her with insult after insult when she politely asked him to move so she could get her car out with her 3 kids in the back seat. It got to the point where the police had to be called. Absolutely awful to deal with, definitely find a different company to move with!

Hi there, I purchased a TreatMe voucher for 1 hour to shift our household belongings from 34 Meynell Court, Glen Eden to 26 Pitcairn Place, Avondale. The shift was scheduled and confirmed for Friday 26 June @ 11.30am with your 30sq m truck and 3 men. I got a call at 11.30am to say they were running late at a job in Howick and would call when they were on their way, which they did at 1.30pm.They eventually arrived at 2.30pm on a 20sq m truck and 2 men. When I booked the job I was advised of the charges if it went over the hour, however I was not advised that there was a $50 charge for each item they deemed 'heavy'. They advised that our empty fridge/ freezer was one of those items, which my hubby and young nephew carried it out to the truck no problems. Our washing machine is way heavier than the fridge, yet there was no mention of a 'heavy' item charge and your guys got it onto the truck on their own??Given how late they arrived, the job did go over by 1/2 hour, which they said was FOC because a smaller truck and 2 men was supplied.

Reagan and his mate did a great job. My fridge was damaged (accidents happen) but Reagan was quick to make it right without any kind of resistance. I will easily recommend this team to my friends.
