Absolutely embarrassing excuse for service. The guy didn’t say a single word to me because he was too interested in his phone. Processed payment without a word and back on his phone instantly. I’ve never experienced such a lack of care for customers. Will never go back here again.

Had a bubble tea. Not nice and waited a vety long time while they read instructions to make it.Think the guy left something out !Very disappointed. Should not advertise a product if they don't know how to assemble it. Full marks to server for trying but thumb down to owner for lack of staff training.

Poor customer service, I seemed to bother the workers just by wanting to buy some “hot food” which is some of the worst tasting stuff I’ve had in a while and I’ve had some bad food over the years.Overpriced and poor quality food, under delivering staff. Classic NZ big chain franchise, only in it to save a cent over a customer. Won’t be returning.

Look, I’m not sure how much you’re paying yung Benjamin but it’s not enough, I came in wanting a pie while waiting for my Uber, I left with a brand new best friend. Chicken and leek? more like chicken and freaked me out! With how lovely he was! Give this man a raise! Am I right ladies??

This young woman, Heidi, I think her name was? Prepared the most delicious wedges I've ever tasted, and the most friendly smile I've ever saw in my life. She definitely deserves more recognition its rare to find an employee so precious.

Worst customer service experience today! i bought a drink for lunch and a maori girl (looked young) served me and did not say a word to me throughout the whole interaction not even a hello, left me feeling very uncomfortable, i approached her in a very polite way too, really put me off coming back to this place! Absolutely shocking!Date is 24/04/2023 just for a manager who might know who I am talking about

I work nights and make usual trips to this specific location, there’s a young boy who works there (Benjamin? Something like that) always heats my pies the way I like, gives me the best tomato sauce and leaves a smile on my face. All in all top notch experience! :)
