These guys are awesome! On my way down to Napier I got a puncture on one of my wheels, I managed to limp in here hoping they could plug it. I’m always really scared tire shops will damage my lug holes and butcher my rims when taking rubber on and off. Not here though, the right tools and careful craftsmanship meant I was back on my way in no time.

I take my Toyota hiace to check the break and do the wheel alignment on the 23rd of December 2022 and my hiace was running good but after the alignment I came home parked there getting ready to had a long drive to Christchurch on the 29th of December,when I drove from Taradale to Wellington on the 29th,Ican hear a squeaking noise from the front tyre,I rang up from Wellington and talked to Napier branch about the hiace,they want me to take it to the nearest branch there so they can check it for me ,they told me that everything is fine in the alignment,it’s a mechanical problem had to take it to a mechanic to check,he checked and he said is a worn out rubber from the steering wheel and it’s still drive no problem so I go with that Advice.came back it started to get worse,I take my hiace to Napier Toyota to check again and they said they checked the steering wheel rubber is fine and they think might be the break dis and they skimmed it and when I pick it up still not fixed the following day I call Napier Toyota and let them know that my hiace still not fixed,I drop my Toyota hiace to themand they double check and take it for a drive and they fine the problem THE WHEEE ALIGNMENT WASN’T DONE PROBABLY and they talked to Toni’s tyre Napier about it ,I went over and take my hiace to them and they do it and now my Toyota hiace running smoothly.I always take all my 3 car to Toni’s tyre for service but that mistake I don’t trust them.

What a good bunch the team at the Napier branch are. Had my flat tyre repaired today and was sent off without even having to pay!! How good is that ? Can't recommend the team highly enough. Thanks guys, it's much appreciated.

Arrived at Tony's and there are not much parking but managed to get one. Went to reception and no one there. A guy came after few minutes and asked me what I need. Checked my tyres and paid for it. I was told to wait for 30-45 minutes and my car was ready when I came back. Fast and effiecient service today that is why it is a 5 star rating today! Thank you Tony's Tyre Service for a job well done!

Amazing customer service experience! We were about to drive 4hrs home to Tauranga and discovered 2 nails in our front 2 tyres. The team here fixed our tyres super quickly and with no charge. Couldn't recommend anymore. Great service!
