CleverTime - Time Attendance Software, Workforce Management and Time Clocking System
We've been with CBSYS for five years. It works fine, but we required better live reporting so decided to change supplier. Once I gave notice we have been over billed for three months even that the scanner was already returned. It was a communication breakdown, that was blamed entirely on us. Requested refund or partial refund, but decision was was delayed, than ignored. I think after 5 years it was un necessary to be charged for service we did not receive. Cheap move.
