I am so impressed with this store, the knowledge of staff and how friendly everyone is. I just bought my new bike with them and a kids seat which they kindly offered to install. The team helped me with all questions, took time to explain each bike and I feel very happy with my purchase and the service I received. Can highly recommend!!

The service I received from the mechanic at Evo Penrose was amazing. After visiting a number of bike shops around Auckland trying to find a replacement carbon fork, it wasn’t until I went here that I found somebody with the knowledge and willingness to assist. Notwithstanding the busy workshop, he was super helpful and patient. Work on my bike was carried out quickly and to a high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending their services. Much appreciated.

Great service from Jerry! My son purchased his 1st Mountain Bike from Evo Cycles Ellerslie. Jerry went through all the options, explained everything really clearly, let us test ride the options and we left knowing we chose the right bike! My son is so happy with his 2019 Trek Remedy 7, its an awesome ride but unfortunately he wont let his dad ride it.

Just been in to the Evo Penrose store where I met Dominic their mechanic - he helped me with my bike head set - he gave me some great advise re bike maintenance as well. A very friendly and helpful guy. Great service, and I'll be back again when the need arises. Many thanks and very much appreciated.

Popped in today to get a bike light and was very pleased with the service and the knowledge of Tim who served me. Gave me great information on choosing some accessories and the services they provide. Top notch service! Highly recommend!Tip : evo cycles website does not give you click and collect for free ( very unusual ) . But the price of the discounted online prices are same in store.

I give Evo Cycles Penrose 5 stars for value for money, efficiency, courtesy and being extremely helpful. I booked my Giant Explore in for a service as the service spanner had popped up. It only needed a reset as it hadn't been cleared last service, by another bike shop, but they didn't charge me, even though it took a service timeslot, and then helped my daughter load it on to the bike rack to bring it home. I will definitely be visiting this store for anything bike related.
