I arrived 40mins early for my appointment as I wasn’t sure the location or parking.. Waiting room was full ladies at front desk were nice and welcoming. Was seeing by wonderful and caring specialists. It’s was painful procedures but I was so grateful I actually had an appointment and before Xmas.. So I can relax!! Thank you Pacific Radiology Boulcott Street Lower Hutt..

Nice reception at the branch however this is the second time they have cancelled my appointment last minute and changed it to Bowen hospital almost a week later . Big drive for me compared to going to the Hutt and had to then organise childcare again. Not really good enough .

I am writing to express how pleased I was with my experience today at Pacific Radiology where I underwent an MRI. Abraham Samson was extremely professional, briefing me with very clear instructions around the preparation and MRI process. I arrived feeling a little anxious but with his knowledge and caring and friendly manner, he made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. It is so lovely to have people like Abraham in the healthcare sector.

Waiting room radio blasting talkback, news, and ads is not very relaxing. Some quiet music would be nicer, especially when people are potentially feeling anxious about a medical procedure. Service otherwise was good!

I was impressed with the radiographer who conducted the bone scan her professional approach was excellent, how ever i found the front desk staff not easy to approach. Also it was difficult to find the radiology department thanking yo u Leila Claypoole date of bone scan 27/9/18

Pacific radiology... What to say? They need new staff in short. Why oh why will you argue with a customer? Even if the customer is NOT right, as a good professional you NEVER argue with a customer. We HAVE send you a reminder sir" she said. "No I received nothing..." and in today's busy life you rely on these accurate reminders... Did I got an apology? Maybe just a kind word? No

I can't remember the names of the 2 people that assisted me yesterday, but lets just say that was the best service that I received. Let's give a shout out to the whole team at Boulcott Pacific Radiology. For whatever reason I ended up at the wrong place for my scan, when the reception lady realized that, she told me to sit and less than 5 minutes later she informed me that they could assist me. Really helpful and friendly.
