Just bought a stationary pack for my kid. Poor service at counter by staff, said I said yellow pack". How on earth would I know it's a YELLOW Pack. I was not expecting such a service from an elderly experience person. Thanks."

Fantastic service.... The male assistant that took my telephone enquiry went looking for what I required, explained my options well, gave prices and as a customer I felt that nothing was too much trouble for him. Well done Paper Plus.... he's an asset to your business. I say this because I had phoned other places too, and their service was nowhere near as good as his. I'm on my way in to make my purchase now!

Great store. I always love to browse around for books, journals, gifts, and office supplies. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. So handy that the NZ Post desk is there too, all in one go. Note that it has different opening hours though.
