A real hidden gem! Husband and I were passing through Dannevirke looking for somewhere to have dinner, we called 10 minutes out, got a table and had the most outstanding meal! The staff were very attentive and warm. We'll definitely be back.

Dinner and cocktails for 6 of us and everything was amazing, we had pork belly, steaks all cooked as asked for and the chicken pasta. All huge portions and well worth going out for again, coming from out of town we were surprised to find such a gem, thanks again!

Amazing service, great food.Walked in off the street to enquire, despite being fully booked. The staff shuffled things around and made room for us, much appreciated.

Fabulous meals and atmosphere. Worth the drive from Waipukurau and as good as you will find for a meal in Hastings or Napier. Friendly and familiar. Will visit again for sure.

What a fantastic find! I cannot say enough about this gem in Dannevirk! Popped by there for a family dinner and everything was brilliant, we had the pizza starter that was massive and delicious, totally unexpected from what you get at other restaurants. I had the beef main which was presented beautifully and tasted just as good, cooked to perfection with a sauce to compliment. The family had a mixture of pasta and kids meals, the pasta was delicious, rich and filling and even the kids meals were presented with pride.Easily rates with the top eateries in Palmy without murdering your pocket. We will be back.
