WARNING!!!!!!Do not take your laptops here, particularly $2700 Apple MacBooks. I took it to get a panel fixed, a few days later lines are coming up from the exact place where they fixed it and where the original damage was they told me I must have hit it!!! ( there were no lines prior) They offered no solution and put the blame on me. It couldn’t be more obvious that it’s coming from the part they “fixed”. I now have to take it into a reputable shop to fixed the damage they caused, pay more money, and have filed a case with Consumers Tribunal. I’m so angry, if they did not know what they were doing, they should have not been willing to take it apart and take my money.

I had spilled an entire cup of coffee all over my MacBook air and it had almost instantly died" . There was no signs of life whatsoever

Fantastic service, couldn’t recommend enough. Had my MacBook Pro repaired after the keyboard and trackpad stopped working, that same issue occurred a year before and Apple quoted me $1400 to fix it. Took it into laptop fix, they replaced a cable and had it back to me in a day for $140.

Had flexgate issue on macbook pro. Was quoted $1,400-$1,800 from other places to fix it by replacing screen. These guys fixed it for $350 by replacing a cable. Now laptop works mint again.I also did post in service from Auckland and that worked sweet as too.Highly recommend.

This family orientated service is easy to access and hassle free. There were no hidden costs or surprises. In our experience, their prices indicated are all you will pay. In fact, when I enquired about costs, I received a text from Victoria that simply said…”no fix, no fee..” Personable service like this, is hard to find. Thank you.

Very knowledgable about my mac. Had a flexgate issue and screen was replaced that day, then it started again because of the model I have and they were very quick to diagnose and fix. I would recommend to anyone with a Mac and especially if you have flexgate. Reasonable pricing, but their knowledge is worth well more than you pay
