Omega had great communication contacting us on day prior to pick up. Pick location was right next to our hotel so very convenient. Drop off at depot by the airport was very quick and easy. Their cheap prices led us to hire a bigger car so very relaxing to drive. Would use again!

Superb car rental company! Used for the first time (used Avis and Hertz in the past) and can highly recommend. The check in and check out were simple , the staff excellent at both ends. The car was was fantastic. The price was very good considering the service and quality of car. Cannot fault the company. And on returning the car to Christchurch airport the return location was literally minutes away from te airport and the shuttle to the airport frequent and caused no delay .

Great service! We booked our car direct with Omega from the UK. The communication was excellent, the car was exactly as described and ready for us in QUEENSTOWN. We had the car for 4 weeks before returning it to AUCKLAND CITY. Hand over was easy with no problems incurred at all. Would highly recommend this company

The staff at the Queenstown Airport office were friendly and helpful, on pick-up and return. The airport shuttle was prompt and easy. If you don't have a phone, you can call them on the free phone at the transfer point just outside the terminal building. Our car, a Toyota Corolla, had done 140,000 km. Everything worked, great fuel economy, plenty of tyre tread, no issues with wet weather. The headlights were a little dim - we didn't travel much at night anyway. Overall excellent value, and we would definitely use Omega again.

The whole experience was amazing!From the user friendly online booking system, to pick-up, use of the vehicle, and sadly having to return the vehicle.Kudos to the Omega Rental Cars Team in Queenstown, friendly and professional service. We rented a 2018 RAV4 and it was such an awesome vehicle and drive, especially through the picturesque South Island. Thank you!
