Great experience - easy online booking system meant we had an appointment time which is great especially with a toddler! Receptionist was lovely and our doctor fantastic and reassuring.

Have been here twice in the past week with 2 sick children under 4. Our own doctors couldn't see them and these guys went above and beyond to see them out of hours and as fast as possible. They are kind caring and listen! Can not recommend enough.. Would love to move to these guys permanently if we could! Thank you so much!

Amazing service allows you to be seen by a Dr after-hours with an appointment which means no hours waiting with a sick child.Every time we have used this service the reception staff and Dr have made us feel welcomed, reassured and supported.Highly recommend to Christchurch residents.

Awesome service, so easy to book and easy to turn up and hardly wait at all to see a GP. The Dr I saw Petra was lovely, helpful and super prompt. Excellent service

Really disappointed with the service. Made an appt and paid $80. Got there before my appt but still had to wait in the car. The doctor called me and asked me what was wrong. I explained I had a really sore eye (had it before,, ,knew what I needed). He told me to go to after hours!! I explained I had 3 kids with me as partner was away and cant afford to sit in after hours for 5 hours. He directed me to Moorhouse medical (they were great). So I paid $80 for a 3 minute phone call if that. Not impressed.

Our rental car got broken into while traveling in Christchurch. My MIL's prescription medicine was taken along with her bag. We were able to book a same day appointment thru its website. Just like the other reviewers reported, there was minimal wait time. Dr. Jonathan Ussher was very empathetic and thorough. We were able to pickup my MIL's medicine right after the appointment. Excellent experience at the clinic making the whole incident less traumatic. Thank you!

Such an amazing service! Super easy to book online, no waiting at after hours or hospital ED for hours, especially with a baby. Such nice staff & the Dr was great, really kind & gave me extra info & reassurance that everything would be fine.

So grateful to have this option to book in an after hours appointment! Our GP is booked a week in advance, and waiting 5 hours at 24 hours surgery wasn’t really an option. Easy to book, very helpful, and running on time which makes all the difference when you have a very sick toddler

Amazing, we arrived for our appointment and waited a whole minute.Such a great service to the whole of Christchurch, if we had gone to the After Hours off Bealy Ave we'd still be there waiting.Thank you for opening to all areas in our city, great for us working parents or anyone who can't see their normal GP during normal work hours.Our doctor was amazing with my bubs too, thank you again.

I am so grateful we have this service in Christchurch. We’ve used it multiple times over the last few months and we have always felt heard and taken care of. It’s super convenient and takes the stress and worry out of wanting to be seen or have your child seen after hours but not wanting to wait for hours at the 24hr clinic, especially when you know it’s a simple issue that may just need a quick prescription instead of needing a full work up.
