I had always thought that the only coffee options in Taihape were on the main road, and had no particular expectations when I found Coffee HQ next to the toilets ... but it was the best coffee I've bought in a while. Offers the full range of coffee options, I was very happy to find somewhere that makes a piccolo. Will definitely return.

Our go to coffee caravan in Taihape. Being next to the rest room (quite clean) is a bonus. And for historical interest it’s next to the nowunused station.

I always make sure I plan my trip around Coffee HQ's opening hours. It's really hard to find a decent almond milk coffee. So if you're an alternative milk drinker, Coffee HQ is the place to go!!
