Back unit had wide sweeping sea views. Quiet, clean, comfy, well equipped. Nice having a balcony & able to leave slider open all night. Friendly greeting.

Motel managers very welcoming lovely people. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Loved the sea view from our balcony. No road noise and double glazed so when the trains go past they really aren't very loud at all considering the train line in between the units and the sea

One of our best accomodations on our trip through NZ. Plain, solid, clean, all in perfect shape and a very nice Motel Management. Own laundry with heater is onsite.

Absolutely wonderful. Big, clean rooms with a TV and kitchenette. Bathroom has a spacious shower, bed is very comfortable. Heater kept us cozy all night. Check-in was super quick, there are complimentary snacks and tea/coffee. Would 100% recommend and come back!

Absolutely stunning and beautifully done.I travel at least once a month everywhere around Australia. So, I can say without a doubt that Kaikōura Quality Suites was far nicer than other experiences I’ve had in the Gold Coast, Perth and Melbourne.Shane was so friendly and helpful.New World is a 2min walk away and the room has pretty much everything you need. Really modern furnishings and sooo clean.The outdoor bbq area is amazing.Highly recommend you stay here.

A peaceful stay in a clean, quiet, warm and spacious room. The hosts could not have been more helpful...they found room to store my car for an extra night after we checked out and held some clothing for me which I had left behind. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Very warm and comfortable and clean. The receptionist Anne, was absolutely exceptional in her service and we felt very welcome and looked after. Good local knowledge. Good parking, nice rooms. Great location between mountain and sea. Us and another couple we met at reception agreed we would definitley stay again thanks

This place is a gem. The staff are wonderful and it has a groovy mature relaxed atmosphere. Tidy. Clean. Close to every thing. We left our kindle behind and thay phoned us asap so we could get it back as well. Thanks guys!

Very disappointed we were not told the refrigerator was not turned on. We had to dump a lot of our food in the morning. This is a nice place but not worth the money they are charging (162 to $198pn). It's an excellent $155pn place but any more, compared to others we have stayed is over charging.Good shower with dome top, soft bed a nice chill out area to have a drink just outside. It's quiet, well located and we had a great sleep.
