Came in to look at some kettlebells and weight vests that I saw on their website. Received some excellent service from Rhys who showed me the available stock and discussed my training goals. Even though I was considering the heavier weights, he shared his experiences of using the equipment and made a recommendation for the lighter weights based on my training goals and his in-depth knowledge of training the the characteristics of the equipment. Very happy with my purchase and couldn't be happier with the service I received. How every store should treat their customers. 5 stars.
