Installation was very informative, thorough and respectful. 5 months on I've saved money on bottled water and space in my recycling bin. Cheap weekly payments, easy to use, child friendly with a lock on the hot water button, fill from your tap when needed with confidence that the water is tasty and no nasties. It's a definite must have for us.

The machine is easy to use, and the water it produces is of the highest quality. The taste is refreshing and pure, I love the fact that I can have access to clean and fresh water at any time of the day,I was impressed with the customer service by the 2 gentlemen that came to install the machine. They provided all the necessary information that was needed to operate the machine and keep it running smooth & effectively.I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase, I will definitely recommend your water machine to my friends and family.

Before signing me up over the phone and in person, Shaz and Johny gave me a full explanation of the machine. Both of them were friendly and personable.Throughout, Bernado and Dan were prompt and courteous. They installed my machine, confirmed that it was functioning properly, waited for the appropriate temperature, and made sure there were no issues before they left our home.Excellent machine, inexpensive price, and daily access to healthy water. Great effort, team!

The guy from bluestar came to my house signed me up, was supposed to leave a free gift for the sign up and didn't, money been going out of my account and still no machine. I signed up before christmas.Iwonder how may payments before I get the machine and gift. losing patience there BLUESTAR...
