I'm terrified of the dentist chair had a bad experience when I was young and haven't been in over a decade. Despite my terror, I had such a different experience to what I expected. I was relaxed in the chair from the beginning to end, Jason was very gentle, reassuring pleasant and professional. He was patient with me and didn't rush me. He worked very hard to do a great job on my teeth and when I consider all the work he did I am happy with what I have paid as the peace of mind and reassurance he gave me was second to none. I now feel confident to go back for a full dental exam and clean and start taking care of my teeth properly with Jason's help. Thank you so much I'm in such a different place today all down to your excellent work!

The staff are all so friendly, all had the biggest smiles and explained everything they were doing very thoroughly. They were also very calming, perfect if you're nervous to go to the dentist. I would give them 10 stars if I could

I have recently had my two front teeth crowns removed after 30 odd years and replaced by Jason at Millwater Dental. I really need you all to understand how much of a phobia I have had for dentists. Ever since I broke my front teeth in a swimming accident at 10 years old in Zimbabwe and spent the day in the dentist’s chair while they repaired these broken teeth. It was the most painful experience I think I have ever had to endure. Since then from a 10 year old child to a 46 year old adult – it was time to get these crowns replaced whether I wanted to or not. I talked to Jason about my fears and that fact that I had a high tolerance to aesthetic. Jason took the time to do a full dental exam and (which even that scared me and made my hands sweaty) found that I needed a filling replaced. So he suggested he does this first to see how I tolerate the experience as well as the anaesthetic. Just the filling was amazing. Jason checked very often throughout if I was in any pain at all etc. The big day came for the crown replacements in two visits and I can say that Jason was the best. He made me feel comfortable, chatted and was gentle and kept checking in to see if I was in any pain at all. Jason was very patient with me through all my visits – and really listened – which I think is so important. I can so very highly recommend Jason for all your dental needs. I am no longer petrified to go to the dentist – thanks to Jason”

I have done a root treatment there, but the tooth sill feels very uncomfortable.

Dr Lillian Hsu and the team were so welcoming and caring from the moment I stepped into the clinic, my treatment was carried out at a pace that allowed me to feel relaxed throughout my appointment and ensure all the key areas of my mouth were checked. I was also kept fully informed throughout and came away with some great advice on dental hygiene and treatment plan going forward. I haven't been to the dentist in over 10 years, this will certainly change now I have had such a great experience at Millwater Dental. Thank you team!

Jason Ng is the best Dentist & Orthodontist - friendly and professional. Cannot recommend highly enough! We followed him from his last practice - well worth the 90 minute round trip for us. Would not trust anyone else.

Millwater Dental was recommended to me by a dentist friend when I mentioned that I was looking to change dental practices and to get Invisalign done as well. I was told Dr Jason Ng pretty much teaches Invisalign to Australasia. For my first appointment just a few days ago, I was a bit wary about getting the Comprehensive Care checkup done, as it is more expensive than the usual first patient checkups. But it was worth every cent. There were crucial checkups done which I've never gotten from other dentists before. My dentist, Dr Lillian Hsu was so thorough, knowledgeable and patient with all the questions that I had (...and I had a lot haha). Had my hygienist clean the day after with Ella and she was great as well. All the staff that I've met have been very friendly. I felt very comfortable there. Loved how modern and new the practice was too. I have to make a 25km drive to get there, but this practice is definitely worth it. Don't think I'll be changing dental practices this time.
