I deal with several rental companies in my business as a professional cleaner and iv never seen a home in as apalling condition as the one rented to my son and moko. Very over priced at 450 a week, black mold on windows, minimally cleaned, yard overgrown, broken plugs, drafty, rotten weather boards and elusive rental agent.Not the first 'Pride' whare iv encountered like this. Good tenants deserve a home to take 'pride' in especially at these prices.

Did not come through when they were needed - in my case for a refund of bond and overpaid rent, which still hasn't been processed after almost a month. I queried about it multiple times via email and asked for this process to be done ASAP as I had to pay bond at another property but I received no response and the process did not initiate until I had to come in to the office and ask in person. They advised that everything has been done 5 days ago and I needed to wait on tenancy services but I was just advised by tenancy services today that Remax still hasn't completed their process which I need to wait on further to get my bond.EDIT: In response to their response, I’m still awaiting on an email/phone call from them so no, they are not very responsive at all even when I call them myself (when I really shouldn’t have to, I’m basically doing their job organising all this). They’re trying to shift the blame onto tenancy services when it’s clearly Remax that’s holding up the process. I also have overdue rent owing, which is completely separate from the bond and the tenancy services process but I heard mixed responses on this situation – the manager advised that I cannot be refunded until the bond is approved because he associated my overpaid rent with the bond or something ridiculous, while another agent advised that I will be paid this on Monday but it’s still not in my account now 2 days later. I’ve been spending my lunch times, contacting them and tenancy services and requesting for simple things such as updates and I don’t receive them. When I do manage to get a hold of them, the people responsible have been defensive and unapologetic, just like the response below here. This has been an absolute clownfest and far from a “positive experience”. Note that they are again asking me to call them in their response, when it's not my job to chase them around and they haven't even responded to my last call and email.

I've known Avinash for several years now and I would not go anywhere else for great service.For people who know the Invercargill and greater surrounds. They know their stuff -I would not trust anyone else.
