Caleb is a true ray of sunshine always happy to help anyone and everyone.  Caleb is always very responsive and very efficient with any requests, concerns I have had while renting my property  Having Caleb as a landlord, Agent has been by far 1 of the breeziest dealings I’ve had over my years of renting properties.  Thank you Caleb for your time, effort, efficient work you have done for me and my daughter.  We are truly grateful and thankful and if in the future I return I will be in contact for a rental property through you.

Unprofessional and dishonest property management team of Callum Razak and Georgia Blatchford. When raised with management, no ownership of concerns raised or apology provided. Our tenants have also formally complained to management on one of several issues.... Naturally we do not recommend this business and have terminated their contract for 'service'.

Dale Allison from Ray White has been an amazing agent for us. Within 4 days of our house going on the market we had a multi offer! Dale worked very hard to make this happen, he was always responsive and has great communication skills. Dale is straight up, honest, friendly and down to earth. No pushy sales tactics here! We can't recommend him enough. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Callum and Tamara have been making it very hard no help no emails to let me know for viewing time. I'm very disappointed in ray White for rentals. It has happen on two occasions and there was no abuse conduct with the team thank you very much. The service has been very poor to me.

I was quite pleasantly surprised on how quick and efficient the process was considering the high demand for rental properties in Whakatane.
