Just saw them drove through a road closed area.( tryna take a short cut) , where our community were walking along the new road with there families seeing the new layout. Then I noticed they were here to sell a house.. Just show how they don't give a dam what they are doing. What a disgusting team they are.

No professionalism what so ever, I requested under a trademe posting for a 2:30pm viewing on the 3rd of December. An email response requested for me to text to confirm. I straight away do so and was told by the agent that we cannot do the booking as she is not free on the 29th of November at 11:45am as she is in the city (which is where the property is). I try to clarify the situation and we eventually arrange for 2 pm instead on the 3rd. On the day, we notify her via text that we have arrived 15 minutes with no reply until 4:30pm (over two hours later) asking us if we met or not when we had been left to freeze outside in the rain storm till 2:15pm to which we gave up on waiting. We saw no one that looked remotely like an agent or any other groups who were looking to view the apartment, so either she lied about having coming at all or simply went to the wrong address yet again at the wrong time. Our conversation shows how little communication skills she had.

Greg was great with updates and communication throughout the whole buying process. He is really friendly and was a pleasure to deal with.

I had a really bad experience with the agent at waka street property (dont remember what unit number) I have been viewin around 100 houses for the past few months, honestly dont remember all houses I have been visited. I went there with my agent as she referred this property to me. I didnt recoginsed it if I have been. But only remember we have been to many houses at that area. When we met the sales guy, he pointed at me and my partner in a very rude way saying we have been here already! We were shocked by the way he talked that professtional would never done this to any customers. I dont even remember it. Then He continued said in a very rude and insulted way like what our nationalities are and keep saying we have been here. So ok probably yes. I said to him ok maybe yes and I cannot remember. Then he said many things and said to my agent that our buget is not enough. Excuse me, does not he think our budget is fitted now? Thats why our agent found this house and take us there to have a look?? I was shocked with all of his saying and reactions at that moment. To be honest, now I have more than enough budget to get this property, but I would never go with this kind of sales agent and the team. Anyone be aware of their attitude if you happen to work with them. They really look down and disrespectful to people. What a joke!

Property manager had absolutely no respect for tenants in regards to notice re meet ups, house inspection & house viewings. Also terrible with correspondence, pushy and straight up rude. They act like you owe them something as a tenant.All of these are ‘in my opinion/ based on my experience’. I would never recommend living in a Mars property to anyone.
