I paid 300 bucks for side tables2 weeks, but the table was falling. Almost heart attack. Very disappointed. I won’t shopping anymore.

Reaonably priced products, however shippping is a whole different story. The shippers were not very keen on us inspecting before signing off the delivery. When purchasing, I was told they will also take care of assembly. It did not happen. Had to assemble myself and did not realise that these can also be assembled incorrectly. Terrrible shame about the documentation provided as well. It does not tell you which order they go in. If you insert incorrectly you can possibly damage the assembly. Knowing this experience would avoid and will not recommend anyone.EDIT: Got a courtesy call from shippers and furniture company after posting the review. The review is still accurate, i was missunderstood that shipping company is also responsible for assembly. Which is not the case. They charge $65 just to drop the sofas and help you unpack so you can inspect for any damages. As i said in the review above, i possibly assembled it incorrectly and then had to figure out correct assembly. I am. cognisant of people with disability that could not assemble it themselves.

Purchased SuperKing Bed, I got that within 2wks, purchased sofa late November and yet still not received, first they say 23rd December then get phone call its been delayed due to being stuck at the Port, they say it will be delivered 6 January 2023 so we shall see if they will deliver on their word or will be adding another week making it 7 weeks in total???????

Do not buy Leather sofas from this place. Sofas were sold to me saying its Italian cow leather but in less than a year leather start peeling off. I contact the branch and they asked me email the photos for thr damage. Since it was only 2 weeks left for warranty period they keep delaying to answer the email. Someone called me after few days saying we can't see any damage in photos you need to bring the sofas here to see the damage. Meanwhile warranty expired. Long story short DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN BUYING CHEAP THINGS AND KEEP CRYING RATHER BUY A GOOD STUFF AND CRY ONCE""

Bought a Beautiful Dresser, Tall boy, Bed side cabinets. Price was reasonable. Delivered earlier. only question was the draws have runners for free movement but are fixed. if you have to move the furniture it is easier, lighter to remove the draws to move it around.2 suggestions - please provide wheels at the bottom of the legs so they can be moved around.update and make changes for the runner drawers to be taken out, when we move furniture and put it back when done.Thanks so much for the Wonderful piece you provided. This store is run by bunch of liars. You cannot trust what they tell you and you need to follow up with them until you get what you needed.Recently ordered an item from the store and agreed to make it ready in a week but never got it even after 2.5 weeks. They kept on saying it will be ready in few days. Finally agreed for a refund and said it'll be processed in 3 days. Nothing received even after a week. When I went to the store again and complained about it, received the refund on next day.Update on 21/04/21Thanks for your reply after a one year. Still you shouldn't have misled the customer by selling non-existing products and forcing customer to chase for the product or the refund. Can't accept giving false information about the refund as well.

Lifestyle furniture porirua is doing great job in Wellington.i bought lounge suite from them last week. Staff service is very good. Attitude of both sales person is very positive and helpful when it comes to giving right information to the customers.I got the product at right time and they help me in assembling it too.I am pleasant with their service and looking forward my next purchase from them.I would say they are value to money.

worse experience, purchased two sets of sofa, promised delivery after 3 weeks, didn't turn up, after a few phone calls promised delivery the following week, on the day they promised to deliver, called us saying have to wait for another week. Ultimately delivered, but a display model rather a new one and there is a visible scratch on the sofa (Even though the salesman told us we will get a new one and not the display items). Emails ignored, sent message to their facebook account, but also ignored. Salesman promised everything at purchase, but once sale is confirmed and payment is made, it is a totally different attitude. Be-aware!
